Booking policies
Everything in one place before you book.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your appointment. Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App are accepted.
Cancellations
If you cancel a reserved service, the full total remains due because the contract has reserved that amount of services and time booked.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 30 minutes late, an additional $25 late fee will be charged. Please arrive on time so you can receive your full service.
Salon Courtesy
Food and drinks are not allowed in the salon.

By signing the client contract, you agree to all policies listed.

On-location services may be available throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas. Travel may vary because availability and fees depend on the location.

Yes. We travel throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas for weddings, quinceañeras, and special events. Travel may vary, and travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Can I add additional hair and makeup services for family or guests?
Absolutely. We love helping moms, sisters, bridesmaids, and other guests get ready. Additional services are available based on team availability, so we recommend adding them when booking your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for weddings and quinceañeras. Popular dates fill quickly, so reserving early is the best way to guarantee availability.

Timing varies depending on the services booked and the size of your party. We create a personalized schedule to ensure everyone is ready on time without feeling rushed.
Do you provide false lashes?
Yes. Luxury false lashes are included with all full makeup applications.
Can I book hair, makeup, and photography together?
Yes. We specialize in complete beauty and photography packages, making it easy to book everything with one trusted team for a seamless experience.
When will I receive my photos?
Turnaround time depends on the package selected. You will receive professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered through an online gallery.
What happens if I am running late?
Please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, late arrivals may require adjustments to keep the schedule on time. If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled.
